Buying a home is a very difficult process. I had been looking for year for the perfect home. Michael was able to work with me to make sure all of my needs were met. Michael Hinchcliffe is a pleasure to work with and he was a tremendous resource for us during the home purchasing process. When our original mortgage broker fell off the radar the day before we submitted an offer, Michael put us in touch with a great Mortgage Company that was able to put together a pre-approval letter on a Sunday. When our offer was accepted, Michael was able to introduce us to an excellent attorney to guide us through that part of the process. When the seller of the first house we tried to purchase was unable to deliver by our commitment date, Michael and his team of professionals were able to get us out of that contract, return our full deposit, and get us into the even better home that we ultimately purchased. Michael was so helpful in our long search for a house. He helped us through several changes in our plan from a new build in New Hampshire to our final purchase of an existing house in MA. He was able to answer lots of questions along the way while being personal and professional.
